Heyo! Thank you all for your support of our recent changes & all of the feedback!


We've taken it all in & added them to our latest Summer Update! We're very excited to show you what we've got in store. Let's dive in!

Alright Steppers - we’re kicking off a monthly Stepper Lotto, and the rules are simple: Show up, train hard, represent the studio, & get a chance to win some sweet prizes.

As well as looking super fit, we want to throw a few extra perks your way for showing up and smashing it!


🎟️ How to Get Into the Prize Pot:


Every action gets you entries into the monthly draw! Here’s how you earn:

  • 🏋️‍♂️ 1 Entry for:

    • Hitting 10, 15, OR 20 classes in the month (Yep, 20 Classes = +3 Entries!)

    • Tagging us in a post or story (Up to +4 Entries!)

    • Perfect attendance in your bookings (A bonus for the regimented!)

    • Completing a Crome Fitness Challenge(Up to +4 Entries!)

  • 👫 2 Entries for:

    • Referring a friend who books & attends class (Up to +4 Entries Per Month!)

Every month we’ll switch it up - it could be:

  • Free Step Classes

This is our way of saying thank you for all the support & energy you've given us over the years! We want to bring even more excitement & features to The Fitness Studio to make it as fun as possible to stay fit! We'll be launching the Stepper Lotto with a Gold Tier prize & the same in the first month of each season - Each month in between bolsters a Silver Tier prize with the exception of special events!

🎯 Eligibility & Terms for The Stepper Lotto


By entering The Stepper Lotto, you agree to the following:

  • 🎟️ Only active members with a valid waiver on file are eligible to participate.

  • ✅ Entries are only valid if activities (class attendance, referrals, reviews, etc.) are logged correctly in our system and match your profile.

    • So make sure to book the classes you attend & check-in at the door.

  • 🙅 Participants must be in good standing - this means no ongoing policy breaches, payment issues, or behavioural concerns on record.

  • 🚫 TFS reserves the right to deny or remove entries or applications from any participant who has broken studio rules & regulations.

  • 📝 Entries must be submitted via the official Lotto Form. Submissions outside the form won’t be counted.

  • 📅 Draws take place monthly unless otherwise announced. Prizes are non-transferable.

  • ⭐Winners can not win twice in a row.

    • If a winner is drawn in the next lottery, they will be commended for their hard earned entries & the prize draw will be rolled again.

  • 📣 Winners will be contacted directly and may be featured on our social channels.

🗣 Feedback


Thank you again so much for the feedback you've given us over the last few weeks. We've taken it on board & implemented some of the changes. Here's the rundown:


  1. We've made our policies & T&Cs for The Fitness Studio & Crome Fitness more visible & easier to find on the website.

    1. This includes maintaining, updating, & ensuring everyone training with us has agreed to them before participating in training.

  2. Understandably, some thought the Step's exclusion from current packages was a little too much of a change, so we've decided to add Step back onto the 10 Class Pack for now & postpone exclusive package releases for review.

  3. Official announcements about large studio changes will be made with a longer notice.

  4. Feedback can be collected through word of mouth, emails & messages, or through our forms. We've increased visibility of feedback forms for ease of communication.

    1. We encourage you to let us know directly, via these means, regarding any feedback or changes you'd like to see in The Studio.

    2. Got some cool ideas, suggestions, or queries for the studio? Shoot 'em over & we'll see what we can do with them!

    3. We've also added the form to the site menu - under the About Tab, for ease of use.
