Welcome to Weighted-HIIT! This is a style of workout designed by the Cromey brothers right here in The Fitness Studio. It takes the best parts of High-Intensity-Interval-Training to burn calories during and after the workout, but also incorporates more advanced, weighted techniques, to develop muscles and functionality often left behind in the more popular training styles. Whilst very effective, if you are new to weights or training, it may be a good idea to get in contact with your instructor to see if you are ready to join the class as many of the moves are suited to intermediate & advanced lifters. Weighted-HIIT is quickly becoming one of our most popular classes and will see many more variations and development in the future. Thank you so much for training with us & as always Stay Fit!
